How to be Mind Happy

Pause, Breathe, Smile & Be

Mind Happy introduces the basics of mindfulness and peer massage to children in an easy to understand and playful way.

Mind Happy helps children bring attention and awareness to the present moment.

I really enjoy doing massage on my friends, I feel calm and relaxed when they do the massage moves on me. My favourite move is the butterfly.
